The Black Tie Valet will pick up your items, have them professionally cleaned, and deliver them back to a predetermined location chosen by you.

We offer pick ups and deliveries on Tuesday.

Please call, text, or e-mail a request for pick-up the day before or no later than 9:00 AM on pick-up days.

 

On your first order, use any type of bag you wish and leave it in your predetermined location.  When your items are returned, you will be given a new custom laundry bag with your customer information and ID attached.

For your convenience, we keep your credit card on file (using a secured site) which will be billed on the day of delivery.

                                     Preparing Items For Pick-Up

 

Unbutton all shirts and blouses. 

​

Mark all broken or missing buttons for replacement. 

 

Pin all stains with a note to show location and state what the stain is (wine, grease, ketchup, etc.).  This will ensure the best possible treatment for the removal of the stain.

 

Pin items with instructions for repairs or alterations (allow one week for this service).

 

Check all pockets and remove all items.

 

Please shake off all unattached food items from tablecloths, napkins, and placemats.

For all leather items that need cleaning please allow one week.
